Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy with your order, we offer the following hassle free returns policy:

Full-Priced Items:

You can return full-priced items within 15 days from the date of delivery. We offer a full refund for these items. It's that simple! To return your item/s you have 2 options:

• Home Pick-up Option: We offer a convenient and hassle-free pick-up service for a €5 charge which will be deducted from your refund amount. Send an email on info@lunettaboutique.com quoting your order number and the item/s you wish to return and we will arrange a pick-up from your preferred address. 

Or

• Send it back to us: You may send your return to our storage point. Send an email on info@lunettaboutique.com quoting your order number and the item you wish to return/exchange and we'll guide you accordingly. 

Sale Items:

Sale items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. We offer a full refund for sale items as well. To return your item/s you may use our convenient pick-up option or send it back to us as outlined above.

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and includes all original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. You will receive an email from us within 4 working days updating you on the status of your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Kindly note that funds may not appear immediately on your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Gift Returns

Items received as gifts may be returned for a credit voucher, valid for 6 months. Please return the gift receipt or provide the order number to help us trace the order. Send all details on info@lunettaboutique.com and we will guide you accordingly.
